The Lemann Center was born from the belief that all people are capable of learning regardless of their contexts and personal characteristics. It is an independent, non-partisan and global organization, conceived by the Lemann Foundation and inspired by the municipality of Sobral, Ceará in Brazil. Our mission is to promote learning with equity in basic education, through the training of educational leaders and the promotion of applied research.
