The +Costa Rica Incubator seeks to develop a new generation of leaders committed to democracy and with an authentic vocation of service. To this end, it offers training programs aimed, among others, for people of all political parties who wish to run for elected office. +Costa Rica is convinced that neutrality, independence and inclusion are fundamental to strengthen democracy in Costa Rica and create a better future for its inhabitants.
