The +Costa Rica Incubator seeks to develop a new generation of leaders committed to democracy and with an authentic vocation of service. To this end, it offers training programs aimed, among others, for people of all political parties who wish to run for elected office. +Costa Rica is convinced that neutrality, independence and inclusion are fundamental to strengthen democracy in Costa Rica and create a better future for its inhabitants. +Costa Rica is focused on the development of knowledge, skills and competencies so that people involved in politics can exercise their public function responsibly.

WHY WE FUNDED LETTER
"We believe in the transformative power of committed leaders and the impact they can have in our communities. We are inspired by the vision of a Costa Rica and a Latin America where these people are the engines of positive transformations, working to build a more just, equitable and prosperous society. But our mission is not only to train political leaders, but to forge true leaders of action. We want to empower men and women with vision, ethics and courage, who are willing to step out of their comfort zone and assume the responsibility of building a better future for all citizens. Thanks to RenovaBR for their technical advice and to VélezReyes+ for their invaluable support in making +CR a reality."
