Legisla Brasil is a non-partisan, non-profit organization that aims to transform the way politics is done in Brazil, by professionalizing the Legislative branch. Legisla works directly with elected legislative teams in recruitment, selection, development, and management, to create high performing and representative teams. These teams are key to make politics happen and for governments to deliver. Improving the quality of their work have a direct impact on increasing institutional capacity to build and deliver public policies and services that can actually meet people's needs.
