Its objectives are 1) To inspire, mobilize and involve Chilean leaders in the active exercise of representative democracy 2) To empower leaders of diverse origins and beliefs through training programs, empowering more and better talents for politics and 3) To generate and strengthen a network of transforming actors that facilitates the exchange of ideas, experiences and good practices in the political arena.
