Potencia Argentina is a training school for leaders who are beginning their political careers. We are born in the midst of a crisis of political representation and lack of legitimacy in democratic leadership, exacerbated by recurrent economic and social crises, convinced that the situation demands the birth of new leadership, capable of interpreting the needs and aspirations of citizens, to forge a horizon of sustainable, equitable and democratic development. PA+ is proposed as an incubator of emerging political leadership, to train, nurture, connect and empower a new generation of leaders committed to democracy, exemplarity, macroeconomic order, and equitable and sustainable development, and that call for interdisciplinary dialogue and cross-sectoral collaboration.
