Recambio is a non-partisan and non-profit citizen initiative that seeks to promote a systemic change that renews the way of doing politics in Peru. It offers political training experiences that allow to generate bonds of respect and identify points of agreement, while improving skills, exploring political roles, empowering candidacies and, above all, practicing a different way of doing politics by improving the level of debate to build, defend and strengthen democracy.
