{reprograma} is a social impact initiative whose mission is to reduce racial and gender inequality in technology to promote diversity through education. It offers completely free programming courses for women and adolescents in situations of social, economic and gender vulnerability, prioritizing black, trans and transvestite people in our selection processes. In addition, it also supports the relocation of its students in the labor market and fosters support networks, which are fundamental for their continuation in the IT field.
