The +Uruguay Incubator seeks to promote and develop public leadership committed to democracy and with an authentic vocation of service. To this end, it offers training programs aimed, among others, at people from all political parties who wish to run for elected office. +Uruguay is convinced that neutrality, independence, good governance and inclusion are fundamental to strengthening democracy in Uruguay and creating a better future for its inhabitants. +Uruguay is focused on the development of knowledge, skills and competencies so that those involved in politics can exercise public office responsibly.
